About the Founder
Jake Mayo is a service-disabled veteran and cleared professional who founded Shiloh Federal to solve a problem he saw from the inside: government IT buyers need compliant hardware fast, and too many vendors make that harder than it should be.
Before starting Shiloh Federal, Jake spent years working in and around federal operations, developing a firsthand understanding of how government procurement actually works — the timelines, the compliance requirements, the budget pressures, and the reality that sometimes a $6,000 laptop order matters just as much as a $2 million server refresh.
He started Shiloh Federal on a straightforward bet: a small, responsive vendor who knows the buyer’s world can outperform a 1-800 number every time.

Company Overview
Shiloh Federal LLC is a Fairfax-based IT hardware reseller that sells to the U.S. federal government and Commonwealth of Virginia. We’re a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, and our entire focus is getting compliant hardware into the hands of government buyers without the overhead and complexity of a large VAR.
We don’t do services contracts. We don’t do staff augmentation. We source IT hardware — servers, workstations, laptops, switches, ruggedized tablets, secure peripherals — through authorized distributors like TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, and D&H. Everything we sell is TAA-compliant and sourced through verified channels. No grey market. No guesswork.
Our model is simple: you tell us what you need, we get you a competitive quote within hours, and we deliver it to your loading dock or storeroom. We handle the distributor coordination, the compliance paperwork, and the warranty support so you don’t have to.
